When booking a room, a suite or the apartment, please provide:

• your credit card number, expiration date and the last three digits on the back of the card;
• a telephone number and / or email address so that we can reach you before your stay;
• estimated time of arrival at Vaulx.

Deposit

When booking for a stay from 1 to 2 nights, we will not charge any deposit but will check the validity of the credit card. In case of disability of the card, the reservation will be canceled and we will contact you.

When booking for a stay of 3 nights or more, we take a deposit of 50,-€ per night. In case of disability of the card, the reservation will be canceled and we will contact you.

Cancellation

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your stay, we try to book your room or suite to another guest. In case we succeed, we will not charge your credit card. If unsuccessful, we charge 50,-€ per night on your credit card.

If you cancel within 24 hours before the start of your stay, we try to book your room or suite to another guest. In case we succeed, we will not charge your credit card. If unsuccessful, we will charge the entire stay on your credit card.
