A must if you are looking to stay in this region

This is a must stay venue if you are looking to stay in this region. We booked an overnight stopover at Chateau de Vaulx this past Saturday night on our way to Samoens, and were so pleased that we stayed with Marty & Team. The location and venue are stunning and enchanting. We all enjoyed the chance to unwind in the swimming pool and Marty recommended and booked for us

great restaurant nearby to eat that night. The family room we stayed in for the night was spacious and perfectly suited for 2 adults and 2 children, with en suite facilities. The chateau has been sympathetically restored over the years, and the attention to detail is very impressive. It feels like a real "home from home". If you are looking for a stay in this area, forget the rest and book the best here. We will definitely return and stay longer next time, and will recommend this venue to all our friends and family. My princess loved it

 My princess loved our short stay. Marty is a very gracious host. We were lucky to have our room upgraded so we could enjoy the fantastic view. Fear not, the magnificent views are also enjoyable from the terrace where we had breakfast, even though the cosy dining room was very tempting. Highly recommended.

Wohnen wie vor 300 Jahren, tolles Ambiente

Das Schloß ist liebevoll eingerichtet worden. Zunächst glaubt man sich zurückversetzt ins 17. Jahrhundert. Der Gastgeber Marty kümmert sich rührend um seine Gäste. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es sehr bedauert, nur eine Nacht geblieben zu sein. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Unserem Golden Retriever hat es auch sehr gut gefallen (er hat sich auch gut als Schloßhund gemacht). Die Aussicht ist traumhaft schön übers weite Land. Ein schöner Ort, um seinen Geburtstag zu feiern! www.tripadvisor.com, Reiselustig12, Kiel, 28 septembre 2013
