Friday evening : welcome to our guests. During supper, you will make your selections for Saturday evening's meal (we have numerous recipe books for your perusal) and we prepare the shopping list.

Saturday morning : we go to the market to purchase the ingredients for Saturday's dinner. We also have addresses of good local suppliers.

Saturday noon : after returning from the market, we share a mâchon (local word for a meal bread-saucisson-cheese).

Saturday afternoon : all guest s will be busy in front of the kitchen stove to prepare the evening meal.

Saturday evening : smartly dressed, we meet for the aperitif in front of the fireplace in the living-room. Then we sit down to table, enjoy our meal and congratulate each other !

Sunday : free. We have many suggestions for interesting excursions in the region. A mâchon is prepared for those who prefer to stay quietly in Vaulx.
